That should be "the other two themes", referring to the WP Default (based on Kubrick) and Yoghourt. I'm using the Default profile currently because it's the least ugly of the three headers. I like the overall look of Yoghourt theh best, but you can't change the header at all, and it's a fairly ugly header. Noticed an error in my above post:

The Universal theme lets you change the header image but not hide or change the font of the text (I have tried clicking the "hide text" button and it doesn't work - the text is still there, and that serif font looks awful laid over most images). However the other two fonts don't let you change the header image - yoghurt doesn't seem to let you do *anything* to the header. Can we please get some standardization with regards to changing the header image and text? All I want is to be able to add a custom header image and NOT have the really ugly default text overlaid onto it.
