Great new article from The Journal of Healthcare for the Poor and Underserved:
Measuring and Assessing Preventive Medicine Services in a Student-Run Free Clinic: Jason Zucker, MD, Janet Lee, MD, Mamoona Khokhar, MD, Robin Schroeder, MD, and Steven Keller, PhD
Evaluates patients seen in a student-run clinic in terms of reaching published goals for preventive health screenings (ie healthy people 2010/2020). Really interesting applications in terms of metrics around how good we are as students at reaching health advocacy goals.
Side note: does anyone know of any high-quality published goals for screening for social determents issues?
