Women Empowered Spring Conference 2014
We are looking forward to this year’s Women Empowered Spring Conference on March 1st 2014 which will be held at Boston University’s School of Management from 9:00AM – 3:00 PM.
The purpose of our conference is to inspire, educate, and connect our students with professionals across a broad range of fields including accounting, consulting, fashion, finance, hospitality, and marketing. We aim to:
Inspire our attendees by providing them with the opportunity to engage and network with professionals who work in a broad range of competitive industries.
Educate our attendees by providing a forum of discussion where they can gain insights into fields of business relevant to their current coursework.
Connect our attendees with active alumnae and business professionals who will speak on panels regarding their experiences piloting their careers and offer advice on how students can take charge of their career paths.
This conference offers countless opportunities to meet amazing, accomplished women from all different backgrounds definitely not to be missed!
Formal business attire required.

On January 21, we enjoyed a night of delicious food and a fabulous time to network with chapter members.
Our members enjoyed delicious desserts from Finale.

As president of the BU chapter of 85 Broads, Kwan oversees a student group that provides a strong support system for BU females wishing to pursue anything in a professional field.
