Obama’s financial regulatory reform

In an effort to curb the risk-taking that triggered the global financial crisis, the Obama administration today unveils its sweeping plan to overhaul U.S. financial regulations.  School of Law Professor Cornelius Hurley, director of the Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law and a former counsel to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, can discuss the likely impact of the proposals.
