The Women’s Studies Program is hosting a panel discussion led by Professor Diane Balser today beginning at 4:30 PM in the Law Barristers Hall. The event will address the issue of gender inequality in Law Professor Linda McClain’s co-edited book, “Gender Equality: Dimensions of Women’s Equal Citizenship”. Distinguished scholars in law, political science, and women’s studies, the panelists will investigate the many dimensions of women’s equal citizenship, including constitutional citizenship, democratic citizenship, social citizenship, sexual and reproductive citizenship, and global citizenship.
