On December 4, 2012, Professor Emeritus of Surgery and Endocrinology Dr. Robert Beazley spoke to a full audience at BUSM about the life and career of Dr. John Shaw Billings during the 2012-2013 BUSM Historical Society Speaker Series.

His write-up about the subject has been accepted for publication in Endocrine Practice. Check it out in the September/October 2013 issue, 19(5).
