As a club team, we are run primarily by the students on the team. We have an executive board, which consists of a president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary. This coming year, the president, vice president, and treasurer will be the same girls who held those positions for the 2011-2012 season. Our secretary, however, will be going to Madrid in the fall, so we held elections for the position on Tuesday. Our new secretary will be Amanda (Mandie) Kelleher. We will begin to train her and we look forward to working with her next season!

U.S. Collegiate Championships
We just flew back from Florida, where we competed in the 2012 U.S. Collegiate National Championships in Gainesville. We were very excited to be finalists in the team routine! In addition, one of our girls placed 5th for D figures. Thanks to all of our family who watched us compete!
Eastern College Athletic Conference
This past weekend, we drove to Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, to attend the Eastern College Athletic Conference. We brought home the third place trophy, the third place team routine medal, and many ribbons for trios, duets, and figures. Our placement means that we are officially the best club team in our conference! We are now launching into our final preparations for Nationals, which will take place in Gainesville, Florida, as it will be hosted by the University of Florida.
Wheaton Invitational
We had a meet February 11-12 at Wheaton College. We did very well, placing fourth behind three varsity teams that had placed 1st, 4th, and 6th at Nationals last year.
