Dr. Limentani will give us a 15 minute presentation about her career path, career opportunities in industry, and advice along those lines. Biography

Giselle Limentani obtained her PhD in chemistry from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a focus on gas and liquid chromatography.  She then worked at Ciba-Geigy Corporation in the Physical and Analytical Chemistry department for 5 years before moving to GlaxoSmithKline.  She has worked at GlaxoSmithKline for the last 23 years and is currently a Director in the Product Development department in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.  She has led the analytical and formulation development of numerous new compounds and has played a key role in the development and approval of seven marketed products.
