What are Marginalia?
We are beginning a series on the Core Blog on marginalia, or marginal notes, to show how the reading practices of Core faculty and students are reflected in the way they annotate Core texts.
Who takes part?
All Core students, faculty, and alumni are invited to contribute.
How do we go about this project?
Each image features a page of an actual Core text, complete with marginal notes and markings. A few of these marginal notes are also called out in the sidebar. If you would like to contribute a page from one of your books to appear in this series, simply scan it (400 dpi, please) and send the resulting image as an email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are on campus, just drop by the office and we’ll make the scan while you wait!
