Debiasing | SJDM 2016 Preconference

We invite you to participate in a preconference on Friday, November 18th, 2016 at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. The preconference will feature a day of talks on debiasing before the 2016 meeting of the Society for Judgment and Decision Making in Boston, MA.

Our goal is to extend our field’s conversation about debiasing. To that end, the talks will present our state of the art knowledge on improving decision making abilities from three perspectives:

  • Who is more or less biased in their decision making?
  • Can we reduce bias within an individual?
  • When should we (not) reduce bias?
