We’ve already begun thinking about what other classes we might add in for 2012, but for now we think we’ve hit on a great range of courses that will appeal to a wide range of legal professionals. The addition of U.S. and International Intellectual Property and International Arbitration are already proving quite popular, and the faculty we have recruited are first-rate. Some of you have asked what the core requirements are for the Program: you must complete 20 credits, which consists of the following: U.S. Corporate Law for International Lawyers (unless waived,as explained on our website); U.S. Contract Law for International Lawyers (unless waived, as explained on our website); and International Business Transactions and Agreements (for a total of 9 credits). In addition, you must complete 2 credits in our Workshop series (2 sessions at 1 credit each; these are offered every session). The remaining 9 credits, or 3 courses, are your choice, and you may of course complete more than 20 credits total during your degree.
