We know it’s spring break, but what better way to end the Friday with interesting talks, beer, and… cupcakes (surprise!).

Welcome back to a new year of GHECHo! Join us for an hour of short presentations by students and staff from different fields in global health, followed by a cocktail hour for networking and discussions! For this event, we are excited to have:
– Matt Swaidan on Buildings that Heal (Mass Design)
– Dr. Yeboah-Antwi on the challenges of conducting community-based public health research(BU School of Public Health)
– Teresa Yamana on HYDREMATS, a computational model that relates environmental variables to malaria transmission in West Africa (MIT Civil & Environmental Engineering)

When: Friday March 15, 4:30-6:30pm (refreshments served at 4:15pm)
Who: Anyone who is interested in learning about global health projects from engineering and public health standpoints!
