Some of you asked me for my recipe for orange-yogurt-corn muffins with dried cherries. You will need to have a muffin tin, measuring spoons, and measuring cups (picture on the right) because Americans are stupid and don’t use the metric system. These are not expensive things, and you can buy them at Star Market or Target or any kitchen store. You will also need dried cherries (picture on the left), which you can buy at Trader Joe’s. You can also use fresh blueberries or raspberries or dried cranberries or dates. Here is the recipe:
