I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at Boston University.  I am a member of Professor Dal Negro’s group working on Plasmonic and Photonic Deterministic Aperiodic Nano Structures (DANS) generated by the mathematical rules of L-systems and number theory. My computational and experimental activities aim at advancing the fields of silicon photonics and nanoplasmonics by demonstrating novel concepts and device structures for on-chip optical sensing, light emission, energy conversion and thin-film solar cell technology.
