Sorry to take so long in replying: yes BU has a good film production program. It is relatively small but you get a lot of individualized attention & they have an excellent semester in L.A. program. But wherever you decide to go, it is never too early to brush up on your film literacy. It is amazing how many people think things like, "Eww, that film's in black & white--forget it!" My advice: watch it all! The classics! The schlock! The hits and the misses! The Hollywood and the foreign! In the future our blog will be looking at concepts of film literacy further. Best wishes! ~ Mary, the Krasker team
