Project on China-India Relations

This project  has a forthcoming Handbook on China-India Relations, co-edited with Prof. Kanti Bajpai (Wilmar Professor of Asian Studies; Director, Centre on Asia and Globalisation, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore), and Prof. Selina Ho (Assistant Professor, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore).

Project on Strategic Military Culture in India

This project with Prof. Rohan Mukherjee (Yale-NUS, Singapore) aims to ask and answer questions about colonial and post-colonial strategic culture in the Indian army, yielding insights into the modern Indian military’s perceptions about the use of force, threat environment, and theories of victory. It uses documents collected in private and government archives in India and the UK.
