Sean Lee

Sean (born in the Big Apple, raised in Connecticut) is a junior at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business pursing a dual concentration in finance and information system and minoring in economics. After years of playing USTA tennis competitively, Sean decided to start playing volleyball in 9th grade and became a senior varsity captain for his team playing as a libero and setter. His senior year, he was also recognized as 2nd-team All-Conference and 2nd-team CT All-State. Of his four years on the Darien High School team, he has won a conference and state title. Sean brings a competitive and positive attitude on and off the court and hopes that it will help contribute as the team aspires to bring home another NECVL title and have a huge showing when on the National stage.

This past summer, Sean interned at SiriusXM, having met and worked with Rob Gronkowski (Go Pats!), Matt Damon, Demi Lovato, Ne-Yo, and many other celebrities. Sean also enjoys playing classical piano. He has been playing for over 15 years, and has performed in festivals and won competitions across the nation and worldwide including in Canada, Spain, and France.

In the spring 2016, Sean will be studying abroad in Sydney, Australia where he will promote BUVB and continue to play volleyball “Down Under”. Aside from volleyball, Sean is an avid movie and food enthusiast and enjoys sketching landscapes.
