Massachusetts: From Boston to Cape Cod

Officially known as “The Commonwealth of Massachusetts;” Massachusetts is a state in the New England region of the United States with a population of about 6.4 million inhabitants. It has been one of the most significant states in American history and it offers visitors a great vacation alternative with interesting cities and beautiful towns.

It has often been referred to as “The Gateway to England,” and places like Boston and MIT, Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket make it one of the most popular destinations of the country.

Boston

The Berkshire Mountains offer excellent ski opportunities while the New England Aquarium is an excellent alternative for those traveling with the whole family. While visiting Boston also make some time to stop by Cambridge. Home to 100,000 people living in a 6.5 mile radius, Cambridge is one of the most multicultural communities of the state and the United States. It is located only two miles away from Boston and it is home to the worldwide recognized universities Harvard and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Provincetown

If you are looking for a nature encounter while visiting Massachusetts hotels then head to Provincetown. This harbor town sits on a sandbank at the northern tip of Cape Cod and offers visitors incredible landscapes, prime fishing opportunities, acclaimed national parks and museums among many other things.

Race Point Beach in Provincetown is one of the most beautiful beaches of the state. This eight miles long beach has numerous rolling dunes and surfing and swimming are allowed although water depths can drop off sharply. Cape Cod

Commonly known as simply “The Cape,” Cape Cod is an arm-shaped peninsula that receives hundreds of tourists every year, which enjoy the different entertainment opportunities that this beautiful place offers. Nantucket
