I was born in Tabriz (pictured above) in north western Iran in 1989. I got my B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering (dual major) from Sharif University of Technology in 2013. I joined the graduate program  in Boston University in September 2013, where I joined HyNeSs Lab and currently I am working toward my Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
