Hello! I am a graduate student in the Astronomy Department at Boston University. I work with Prof. Dan Clemens studying the magnetic field of our Galaxy using Near-Infrared (NIR) background starlight polarimetry. I am part of the Galactic Plane Infrared Polarization Survey (GPIPS) group, led by Prof. Clemens. My research focuses on two topics: studying the importance of the magnetic field in the formation of Infrared Dark Clouds (IRDCs) and the morphology of the large-scale magnetic field in the outer Galaxy.
