Originally from Connecticut, Bob is entering his fourth year in the Ph.D. program in counseling psychology at BU and fourth year as a member of the BU Sport Psychology Team. After gaining a Master’s degree in sport and performance psychology from the University of Denver in 2011, Bob has been supporting athletes, performers, and teams in their mental approach to their craft for the past 7 years. Currently, Bob is also collaborating with Dr. Amy Baltzell’s research team focusing on mindset training towards performance excellence and well-being for college student-athletes and Olympic-level performers. A former college student-athlete (men’s lacrosse) at Wesleyan University, Bob looks forward to continuing to support BU student-athletes to pursue excellence in their sport.
