Riley Fitzgerald


Riley Fitzgerald — Coordinator of Sport Psychology Services                                   

Over the past six years, Riley has worked with numerous teams and organizations helping athletes develop their mental game in order to compete and perform at their best on a consistent basis. Riley has provided mental performance services to competitive athletes in the collegiate setting and beyond, including those at Tufts University, Boston University, Endicott College, and in the ECHL. In addition to working with BU teams and athletes, Riley is a coach-educator for USA Hockey and the Institute for Rowing Leadership, lecturer in Questrom’s department of Management and Organizations, and serves as the coordinator of sport psychology services at BU.

As a doctoral candidate and Glenn Fellow in sport & performance psychology, Riley’s research interests center on the creation of optimal performance environments and the ways in which organizations can promote athlete performance, growth/development, and well-being.
