About Me
Hi! My name is Tiago Souza and I’m a Physics graduate student at BU.
Since my move to Boston, I’ve been teaching a variety of physics classes, as well as tutoring some of the best students at BU. I love physics as much as I love teaching, and I strongly believe that it’s a natural human trait to ask questions and to try to make sense of the universe around us. Enabling this spirit of curiosity to flourish is my goal when teaching, because this torch, when lit, is the main driver of a great change: from physics being “boring and dull” to its becoming fun, interesting and fulfilling!
I hold all tutoring sessions at the BU Physics building, the Metcalf Science Center (SCI), located at 590 Commonwealth Ave.
The private tutoring rate is $50/hour, and the group tutoring rate for two students is $80/hour, with several hours available every day, including evenings and weekends. You can see my availability and book a tutoring session online by clicking on the button below:
