Bernanke renominated as Fed chair

President Obama says he is seeking stability at the Federal Reserve by nominating Ben Bernanke to a second term as chairman, which must be approved by the Senate.  School of Law Professor Cornelius Hurley, a former counsel to the Fed Board of Governors and now director of the Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law, can discuss Bernanke’s impact on the Fed.
