This evening, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yale.edu\/divinity\/faculty\/fac_hawkins_p.shtml\">Professor Peter Hawkins<\/a> of Yale University will  speak on &#8220;America&#8217;s Underworld: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sandowbirk.com\/paintings\/the-divine-comedy\/\">Sandow Birk&#8217;s <em>Divine Comedy<\/em><\/a>.&#8221; Birk is a  painter who illustrated the <em>Commedia <\/em>by depicting decadent urban spaces  in LA, NYC, and San Francisco. 5:30 PM at The Castle. The Core Film Series presents <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/video\/screenplay\/vi431751449\">Bride and Prejudice<\/a><\/em>, a Bollywood twist on Austen&#8217;s classic story. Dinner at 6 PM, film at 6:15, in CAS B-36.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/core\/community\/journal.htm\">The Core Journal<\/a> is now accepting submissions for the 2011 issue, through the new deadline of March 25. Editor Reenat Sinay  says: &#8220;Leave your mark on the Core community! Submit by March 11th!&#8221;  Email submissions, of art and academic and creative writing, to <a href=\"mailto:corejournal@gmail.com\">corejournal@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Tuesday, March 8.  An encore showing of &#8220;Fallujah,&#8221; by Evan Sanderson.  Following a  powerful encounter with a dead soldier, a journalist is  compelled to  return to Fallujah on the eve of its destruction. The  School of  Theatre\u2019s official 2011 Kennedy Center American College  Theatre Festival  entry. 7:30 PM in CFA room 106.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Coming Up<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The  Ecolympics presents two documentary films on sustainability. On   Thursday, March 24, see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crudethemovie.com\/\"><em>Crude<\/em><\/a>, about the Texaco\/Chevron oil disaster   in the Amazon. And on Thursday, March 31, see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.homethemovie.org\/\"><em>Home<\/em><\/a>, a look at what we   as consumers have done to our planet.
