Aimee Bender, who wrote\u00a0<em>The Girl in the Flammable Skirt<\/em>, amongst other books, and who teaches at the USC Creative Writing PhD, is judging the contest. The winner get\u00a0<strong><span><span>$1,000<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, and the top ten stories will get\u00a0<strong>published in our next anthology<\/strong>. You have until August 15th, 2009 to enter.
