We welcome\u00a0early- or mid-career professionals who want to advance up the job ladder, mid-career project managers who want to reinforce their knowledge of PM and advance into fields like program and portfolio management and agile project management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our program provides competencies in a wide range of domains. The PMI Talent triangle is widely recognized today \u2013 please study the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmi.org\/learning\/training-development\/talent-triangle\">Talent Triangle\u00a0by clicking here<\/a>. Interpret and provide deviations and trends of costs and funding and actions\u00a0to prevent or reduce negative financial impacts on the project<br \/>\n3.
