Outstanding contributions to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. During the period 10\/1\/21 to 3\/1\/22, John Aghadiuno exceptionally supported the mission of Military Pay. In anticipation of Microsoft Internet Explorer\u2019s (IE) end of life, the Defense Military Pay Office (DMO) System Web Team updated their legacy Internet Explorer-based web applications to use faster, more secure browsers. The team not only ensured that all business-critical functions continued to work outside of IE but also made improvements to modernize many of the older applications. The team successfully eliminated the security risks associated with relying on an unsupported web browser. Our DMO customers made a seamless transition to alternate browsers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
