Summary<\/h2>\n

We would like to use Sharepoint to on-board new mental health providers and create a systematic way to track document due dates and triggers for insurance credentialing. We would also like to find a systematic way to track referrals from doctors, agencies, and clients who call in. Currently we use a closed client data management system that does not allow this feature.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Center for Psychological Services (CFPS) is a multidisciplinary behavioral health care practice focusing on families and children in North Texas communities. CFPS offers psychological assessments and direct treatment services from licensed and experienced professionals, along with professional consultation to individuals, families, school districts, and other mental health and medical professionals. We offer in-office, onsite, and mobile psychological testing to meet the complex needs of families and organizations. We specialize in providing quality psychological testing services in a short time frame, with a quick turn around time for our time sensitive clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Details<\/h2>\n

Expectations include the development of a platform (on sharepoint) that will allow psychologists and social workers who will be working with our company to submit documents to their profile, send alerts as to what documents are missing and when they are due. Alerts should go to company admins as well as provider.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Goals<\/h2>\n

The final goal is to design a Shareport platform\/application to achieve efficient onboarding processes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Resources<\/h2>\n

Project resources include but are not limited to: access to reference materials and research, remote access to all software needed, one on one with team members, and tools. We also have a contract IT support professional who can work with the team.<\/p>\n
