Since then I have been fascinated by the combination of spirituality and violence this city has inspired in diverse communities across time. In addition to teaching a class on the Holy City, I blog on Jerusalem-related issues, and I am also writing a brief history of Jerusalem where I am trying to retrace how an ordinary city of the ancient southern Levant became the holy city of Jews, Christians, and Muslims.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few links to Jerusalem-related websites I maintain:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holycityjerusalem.wordpress.com\">Holy City: Jerusalem in Time, Space and the Imagination<\/a>.
