PRESIDENT:
I’m Rabindra Lamichhane, a proud graduate of Boston University with a master’s in project management and the current President of the Project Management Club. With over 7 years of industry experience in business analysis and project management—spanning roles at Optum and as a Product Manager at BU—I’m passionate about leveraging real-world tools and methodologies to drive meaningful results. As President, my mission is to create impactful learning experiences, facilitate strong industry connections, and support the next generation of project leaders at BU.
VICE PRESIDENT
I’m Mohamed Messebeh, PfMP, PgMP, PMP, RMP, PMI-ACP.
I bring over 15 years of experience in project and program management, with a strong background in healthcare transformation and performance improvement. I’m passionate about driving value through structured processes, collaboration, and continuous learning. I believe in clear communication, leading with empathy, and building trust within teams. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, and volunteering, and I’m always up for a good conversation over coffee. I’m looking forward to working with each of you and contributing to our shared goals!
SECRETARY
Parnika Mandpe brings 4+ years of experience in project management, quality assurance, and Agile methodologies. She has industry exposure working at Cognizant, India, where she managed cross-functional teams on digital transformation and client implementation projects. She is passionate and excited to bring new ideas, innovation, and strategic impact to future project outcomes.
TREASURER
Hi, I’m Ankit Samal, a graduate student in Project Management at Boston University. With a strong foundation in marine engineering and several years of experience leading technical teams in high-pressure environments, I’ve developed a deep passion for strategic execution and team empowerment. From managing shipboard operations and overseeing safety-critical projects to leading cross-functional teams during international dry dock maintenance, I’ve always believed in driving results through collaboration, accountability, and smart planning. I’m excited to be part of the PMIP community and to share my experiences while learning from fellow aspiring project leaders.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Yosefiani Tamatur is a passionate marketing and community development professional with over 5 years of experience in marketing communication, digital strategy, and MSME empowerment, particularly in rural Indonesia. She is the founder of Mimpi Anak Timur, an initiative focused on expanding educational and scholarship access for youth in Eastern Indonesia. Yosefiani is currently pursuing her Master’s in Global Marketing Management at Boston University, supported by the prestigious LPDP Scholarship. Her background blends consumer behavior analysis, social impact marketing, and grassroots entrepreneurship, equipping her with a unique lens to drive inclusive and sustainable growth.
