We are pleased to announce the upcoming Professional Development Committee Book Club! We will be reading On Being Included by Sara Ahmed – attached is a book review that I encourage you to read for more information.
We will be meeting via Zoom on Wednesday, August 26th from 1pm – 2pm (the Zoom link will be sent to participants closer to the 26th).
Given the virtual nature of this Book Club, I will distribute a .pdf of On Being Included Chapter 1: Institutional Life to all participants. Our conversation will focus on this chapter, but I highly encourage you to read more of the book.
