If you’re new to BU, one of the first things you’ll want to do is familiarize yourself with the Links.
As a graduate administrator, the Faculty/Staff Link will be your go-to for a variety of information. A few of the most common functions of the Faculty/Staff Link are detailed below.
- University Class Schedule: The University Class Schedule allows administrators to view classes being offered by semester, college, department, and instructor.
- Faculty/Staff Search: The Faculty/Staff Search is a directory allowing you to obtain the position and contact information for all BU faculty and staff.
- Select Student: Once you have selected a student, you can access the information about them (same info available in Student Link), including their courses, grades, contact information, and compliance status. Additionally, you can access their Academic Advising Code that they will need to register for classes.
- Student List by Class: This function allows administrators to view the list of students enrolled in a given class.
