Conferences\u00a0to be added to the Event Planners Group mailing list.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Meeting #1: Introductions<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the first kick-off meeting is on <strong>Wednesday, August 18, from 2:00-3:30 PM<\/strong>.\u00a0 The agenda includes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Welcome, introductions, and goals for the group<\/li>\n<li>Overview of the outdoor <span>event<\/span> location request process<\/li>\n<li>Updates on fall catering options from Catering on the Charles<\/li>\n<li>Information on hybrid <span>event<\/span> options from LETS<\/li>\n<li>Open time for Q&amp;A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The first meeting will be on Zoom, please register to attend on <span>Event<\/span>brite:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/bu-event-planners-inaugural-meeting-tickets-165448630307\">https:\/\/www.<span>event<\/span>brite.com\/e\/bu-<span>event<\/span>&#8211;<span>planners<\/span>-inaugural-meeting-tickets-165448630307<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Meeting #2: Round-Table<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">BU <span>Event<\/span> <span>Planners<\/span> Group second meeting on <strong>Tuesday, December 7, from 2 \u2013 3:30 PM.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">For this meeting, E&amp;C is going to do something a bit different.\u00a0 Instead of a formal meeting with invited speakers and specific topics like last time, they are going to go more casual and have an open forum for discussion, questions, and sharing of information.\u00a0 Think of this like a virtual roundtable!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">When you register, you will need to submit a question, topic, tip, or idea that will help drive our conversation.\u00a0 And of course during the meeting, they will open it up to even more questions or topics that you want to talk about.\u00a0 This is a great opportunity to meet up in a casual environment and learn from each other as we build our <span>event<\/span> planning network at BU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once again, this will be hosted on Zoom.\u00a0 Please register to attend via this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/bu-event-planners-open-forum-registration-204084932527\">https:\/\/www.<span>event<\/span>brite.com\/e\/bu-<span>event<\/span>&#8211;<span>planners<\/span>-open-forum-registration-204084932527<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Meeting #3: Disability &amp; Access for Events<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The BU <span>Event<\/span>s <span>Planners<\/span> Group will devote this hour long meeting to a presentation by <strong>Christopher Robinson, Outreach &amp;
