Set aside. Snap off ends of green beans and place in covered casserole dish along with 3 tablespoons water. Microwave on High* for 4 minutes. Stir and continue microwaving on High for an additional 4 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Drain water from sun-dried tomatoes and dice into small pieces. Mix tomatoes with salad dressing in a small bowl. Set aside. Drain beans.
