When did you start fencing? I have been fencing since I was a sophomore in high school.

Why did you start fencing? I was always intrigued by fencing, it was something I always wanted to try.

What is one of your favorite fencing memories? At nationals last year, there was a mix up ordering food so we were all grumpy and it was sizing up to be a pretty bad night. But I remember laying in hotel beds with other teammates, eating almonds, and laughing at whatever terrible reality show was on MTV. It was actually a ton a fun, and moments like that are part of why I love going to team tournaments.

What was a proud moment in your BU fencing career?  My best tournament was NFC #2 of my sophomore year. Women’s epee placed second overall and I made it to individuals and also won second place. I somehow managed to do that while running on barely any sleep…
