When did you start fencing? 7 years ago, my freshman year of high school

Why did you start fencing? I wanted to be an assassin. And the people were nice.

What is one of your favorite fencing memories? Most recently, Club Nationals this year because I got to cheer on my teammates. In high school, singing songs as a group on the bus coming back from a tournament.

What are a few proud moments in your fencing career? Still loving it despite the struggles of learning, improving, and being constantly beaten by better fencers. No matter what’s been going on in my life, I have always come back to fencing.

What is your favorite memory with BUFC? Watching “The Princess Bride” with the rest of the Sabre squad. We bonded.
