When did you start fencing? Freshman year of high school
Why did you start fencing? I wanted to do a sport where you had little risk of being hit in the face with something…that and fencing just seemed really fun!
What is one of your favorite fencing memories? I had a great fencing team in high school, we bonded really well and they are still some of my best friends! BUFC is OK too I guess 😉
What are a few proud moments in your fencing career? Getting 8th for women’s foil team last year at Nationals.
What is your favorite memory with BUFC? Nationals last year in Knoxville, TN!
Off the fencing strip: I’m also involved with the BU Catholic Center, I’ve been a vegetarian for 6 years, and I love my major, speech-language pathology. If you ever talk to me I am likely analyzing your speech patterns…I just find language fascinating!
