The Boston University School of Medicine Historical Society aims to expose students and the community to the rich history of Boston University School of Medicine, Boston Medical Center, medicine in Boston, and the medical profession, in general. By exploring how our surroundings have changed, learning how the profession has evolved, and introducing the people and innovations that helped create modern medicine, the Boston University School of Medicine Historical Society hopes to offer valuable perspective and a source of inspiration that students will carry forth throughout their careers.
