Hello, and welcome to my web page! I am currently a fourth-year PhD candidate in the Department of Astronomy at Boston University. My primary research interests are long-period exoplanet characterization and detection, observational astronomy, and planetary science. Please see my Research page for more information about my current and past projects.
I expect to finish my PhD in the summer of 2018, and I am actively pursuing postdoctoral fellowship opportunities beginning in the Fall of 2018. If you are looking for a postdoc, please contact me.
Before starting at Boston University in the Fall of 2013, I worked as a researcher in the Planetary Science Section of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA. Before that, I attended the University of California at Berkeley, where I received my B. A. in Astrophysics in the Spring of 2012.
If you are interested in my work or collaborating on a project, please send me an email at pdalba -at- bu -dot- edu. I can also be reached in my office at +1 (617) 353-5611 or by mail:Paul A. Dalba
