We are very happy to announce that we have secured the spin room for Thursday nights, 8:30-10pm, for the entire semester.
What: Cycling Team Spin Practices
Where: FitRec Spin Room L138
When: Thursdays 8:30-10pm
Who: All MEMBERS of Cycling Team, all skill levels
Why: Because it will be awesome
We will have spin practice in the spin room, located on the lower level (pool level) of Fitrec, room L138. Spin workouts will generally be led by a team officer, who will have an organized spin workout for the team to follow. Spin practices will range from 50 min to an hour, 15 min long and will be accompanied by some sweet tunes to get you PUMPED.
Don’t worry about skill level…Spin practice is just a great way to get some extra time on a bike, de-stress, and hang out with the team. That being said, you can make the level of difficulty as high as you want, as YOU control your resistance. Spin leaders will lead you through the workout, telling you what to do, what level you should be working, and what cadence you should aim for.
