Hello Friends. Thank you for participating in the poll on Survey Monkey. On the whole, the group wanted to meet on a Wednesday or Thursday for two hours. I have set tentative dates for the workshops, and I will poll those of you who want to participate and figure out a time block that will work for people. “Drawstring pouch” won by a landslide. Market bag was a popular selection, too. For techniques, most participants want to learn to increase and decrease, with cables as a close second. There will be some decreasing with the draw-string pouch, as well as I-cords and eyelets. For the July workshop, I will nose around for a project that may be a market bag with cables, or depending on how people feel, we can have three workshops this summer. This is enough to get us started anyhow.
Here is the tentative schedule for our Summer Workshops. A pattern and materials list will be provided for you at least one week prior to the first workshop.
