BU Synchro is currently in search of a new co-head coach to join our coaching staff! Applicants must be over 21 years of age and not currently in undergraduate school. The position would require collaboration with our other head coach Melissa Alvarado on routine choreography, practice schedules, and workouts. Attendance at practice for 6-10 hours a week or at least 2 out of 3 practices a week is required – practices run from  7pm to 10pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 11am to 3pm on Sundays, with attendance expected at Sunday practices at least twice a month. The season will start in early September and continue until early May. We typically have 3-4 meets a season that are within 2 hours from BU that you would be expected to attend. We also travel to the Collegiate National Championship, a multiple day event in March and will require team travel and lodging. All coaches must adhere to expectations described  in the 2023-2024 BU Synchro Swim Constitution.
