The tabulated results from the home energy audits are here. For those who did not supply complete information, I have made up data. If you check the numbers for your home and find that your values do not correspond to what is posted please let me know.
The first chart shows the total energy density = (electric + oil/gas/propane use)/home size.
It is also of interest to consider electric usage in light of the number of cooling days. Some homes do not utilize air conditioners or fans, but they have been included in the following chart anyway.
To consider oil/gas/propane usage we can include the effect of number of heating days. Some homes use gas to run appliances other than the heater, but this has not been broken down here.
Finally, I thought it would be interesting to compare the price of electricity (per kWh).
