After a long layoff, the Terriers started the second semester in Feasterville, PA this weekend. In the first game of the day they started off strong with a 9-3 victory over SUNY Albany. The line of Andrew Hanlon and Tucker Franz played exceptionally well, combining for 3 goals and 3 assists. After a few hours rest the team matched up against SUNY Binghamton, but fell short in a close 3-1 loss. Goaltender Mark Flitsch stood on his head, but Binghamton got a break when the game winning goal bounced in off a skate. In the final game against Cornell, there were defensive break downs left and right but goalie Andrew Todtenkopf came up strong when the Terriers needed it most. With six goals, BU was able to slip by Cornell and finish the weekend with a 2-1 record, putting them at 9-5 for the season with four games remaining. The team looks ahead to its final regular season tournament in two weeks on Long Island.
Mark Flitsch played in goal for the second period of the DI vs DII ECRHA All-Star game, giving up four goals in an offensive-oriented game. The Division I team won by a final score of 11-9.
