❧ About Me

My home town is L’Aquila, Italy. I lived there for about 25 years and then decided to move to Boston to pursue the Ph.D. in Astronomy at Boston University.

If I could pick something to do for the rest of my life, it would likely be music. I have a very deep passion for singing and musical theatre, and I have been in several contests and shows during high school and university while I lived in Italy. I also like playing piano and guitar mainly because I often sing along.

I also enjoy cooking (desserts especially) and watching cooking videos on YouTube. To relax, I crochet amigurumi, watch movies and TV shows. I like working out in the morning, listening to podcasts and taking walks in downtown Boston.

Since I love quotes, let me write down here something you should never forget:

Always aim high…stars are not that far away!” (Paolo Nespoli, Italian Astronaut)
