Interview Clients: what do you order?/what do you like about this place?/how often do you come?
When we visited the restaurant, there were only two to three groups of people in the restaurant. They were all Caucasians (a couple, a man with a little girl, two ladies). No African customers.
Since Addis Red Sea is a famous African restaurant in Boston, I want to know how does it stand for African retaurant/ African culture/ African food in a foreign land.
How is their business? What kind of comments have they gotten from customers? Why are they able to open for 26 years?
