Welcome to Cathy’s Portfolio for her writing 100 “Food for Thought” Class for the Fall 2014 semester! 1. Adding ingredient-I’am going to talk about my original idea about this writing class at the beginning of the semester.

2. Mixing-I’m going to show you different drafts which are very important for my final papers. All about changing, revising, and progressing.

3. Modeling-I am going to show the writing exercises of different readings. Analyzing articles makes me better understand the meaning of food and how food influences this society.

4. Decorating– I am going to show five important exhibits and explain why they have great significance to me.

5. Baking-I am going to cite one source from the class readings and explain how it makes me think differently about food.

After all, we will have three beautiful and delicious cupcakes (three final papers)!
