They even create special menus, which contain more vegetables, less meat and less salt. Such a(grammar revision) difference shows what? I think it’s the representation of different ways of raising children that westerners prefer to give more space to their children and let them enjoy their lives but easterners will protect their children through controlling and managing.

For example, you could write: Westerners have a different diet for their children than easterners because they give more space to their children, while Easterners have a healthier diet because they believe they can protect their children through controlling and managing.
