Cadmus: Executive Assistant/Research Assistant

The Cadmus Group, an environmental and energy consulting firm, seeks a
highly motivated candidate with 0 — 5 years of experience to serve as
Executive Assistant and Research Assistant to our President and CEO.
This position is located in Cadmus’ corporate headquarters in Watertown,
MA just outside of Boston. This position will begin between May and
August, 2010.

In this very visible role you will be involved in a wide variety of
research, analytical and administrative activities, dealing with all
aspects of our growing and successful environmental consulting firm. You
will interact with the executive management team, with staff located
throughout the country, and with external constituents including Board
members, clients, contractors, and vendors. In addition, you will
perform independent research on general business and technical topics,
write reports on your research, format and analyze data, and provide
business development research and support.

Successful candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree; will be highly
proficient with data collection, analysis and spreadsheet manipulation;
and will demonstrate exceptional organizational, interpersonal and
communication skills. We are looking for individuals who are
self-starters and creative problem solvers, who thrive in a fast-paced,
multi-disciplinary environment, who manage multiple tasks and deadlines
effectively, who can operate independently, and who deal responsibly and
professionally with sensitive information. Candidates must be proficient
with the Microsoft Office suite of software, particularly with Word,
PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in business development in a
professional services environment would be ideal, but not necessary.  We
are happy to consider applicants from outside the area, but relocation
assistance is not available at this time.
